Hangleton Bowling Club
70th Anniversary Year!
Welcome to Hangleton Bowling Club! We are a mixed membership bowls club which was established in 1954/5. We play on real grass in the peaceful hidden gem Knoll Park.
Minimum equipment required are flat soled trainers to change into while on the natural grass bowling green. All other equipment, including bowls, supplied by the club.
Regular social events held at the club, plus evenings or days out trips.
Enjoy the fresh air, exercise, fun and enjoyment with likeminded members on a fantastic real grass surface!
If you would like to give bowls a try, please either turn up on one of our 'roll up sessions' or contact the club to book an appointment. You can enjoy 3 free taster session before deciding whether to join our club. Additionally (for a limited period) a free club T-shirt will be given to new members!
Club reopening for members Wed 16th April 2025 10:30 am.
Grand Open Day Sat 19th April 10:30 to 3pm.
Safeguarding Policy
Hangleton Bowling Club adopts and follows all policies and guidelines approved by Bowls England and UK Anti-doping. We follow all procedures set out in Bowls England Regulation 9, 9A and 9B, and will abide with all sanctions, recommendations an/or decisions from the Case Management panel or National Disciplinary Panel.
